This lifestyle video showcases the beauty of North Carolina’s coast, along with key local attractions and points of interest near a newly developed community. By researching the area’s amenities and events, I crafted a tailored storyboard and strategy to highlight both the community and its surroundings, aimed at capturing the attention of locals and prospective buyers relocating to the area.

Similar to the previous project, this community required a strategic approach to highlight its surroundings, as it was somewhat tucked away from the main roads. I focused on showcasing nearby attractions and hidden gems, creating a compelling narrative that emphasized the community’s unique location and the benefits of its peaceful, yet connected, setting.
